Ravin Jesuthasan’s Speech Topics

  • The Future of Work

The outbreak of Covid-19 has exponentially accelerated the future of work as digitalization and the democratization of work, its two critical drivers, have leapt forward. But the impact on work is far more profound than just changing where people work; it is also fundamentally altering what work is performed, when it is performed and how we perform it. What has become increasingly clear is that our current operating model of matching jobs and jobholders needs to be reimagined to ensure greater organizational resilience and agility and equity and relevance for all talent. The full potential of organizations rests not on technological advancements but on optimizing work and the skills of a diverse workforce; and that requires a fundamentally different paradigm.
