    After graduating from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, Matt achieved great success as SVP of Robert Kardashian’s music marketing company. He was “living the dream” and working on projects for many of the biggest artists in the world, until he woke up on a Monday morning with a massive panic attack that turned into chronic anxiety disorder and depression. 


    Matt worked to find new meaning and purpose in his life, leading him to write his first book in 2007, Every Monday Matters™ (EMM). That book became the inspiration for founding a non-profit organization with the mission of helping individuals and organizations embrace how much and why they matter.
