Ross Coffman is a third generation retired Army General that led thousands of American women and men at home and during multiple tours of duty in combat. The last six years of his military career he led the Army’s modernization efforts from multiple positions in the General Officer ranks.
Coffman is the father of Project Convergence. This program is a Joint Force initiative, run by the Army, that unifies the Army, Navy, Air Force, USMC, and Space Force with common data exchange to enable data convergence. From robotic/autonomous machines in the air and ground to manned vehicles, planes, ships, and weapons, Coffman led the team that applied artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable our fighting forces to remain dominant in the future.
Coffman is a counter narcotic expert and led countless missions and prevented tons of illegal drugs from entering North America and Europe. He is credited with intercepting the first semi-submersible vessel sent from the cartels.
He is an expert in leadership, leader development, culture assessment, and culture improvement. Coffman founded four different organizations that grew, empowered, and retained talent resulting in seven achievement awards in the areas of leadership, supply chain, and performance.
Coffman understands how to start small, prove the technology, generate demand, and scale rapidly in and out of the federal government. He led major programs (Robotic Combat Vehicles, Firestorm, Next Tank, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle, XM-30, and Mobile Protective Firepower) under this model producing an unprecedented 100% success rate.
